Overview

The working pressure of the pump (inlet pressure + maximum head) is 1.6MPa, and the in-plant test pressure of the pressure-bearing parts is 2.4MPa. According to user requirements, pumps with working pressure greater than 1.6MPa can also be provided, so this series of pumps are most suitable for high Inlet pressure (such as air conditioning, heating, etc.) combination.

The shaft seal of the pump has two kinds: soft packing seal and mechanical seal.

The ISR type hot water pump cools the shaft seal part (use normal temperature clean water), and the medium pumped can reach 130C. The shaft seal of the ISY type light oil pump can be sealed with skeleton oil seal or mechanical seal.

Manufacture material: pump body. Pump cover - ordinary cast iron or ductile iron, impeller - cast iron or cast copper, shaft - carbon steel or stainless steel.
The first two items indicated by the pump model represent the diameter of the inlet and outlet. Such as IS80-65-160. The inlet diameter of the pump is 80mm and the port diameter is 65mm.
