Overview
DOM type pump is a horizontal, multi-stage segmented, centrifugal slurry pump, which is used to transport slurry or mine water over a long distance. The solid particle size of the medium is not more than 2mm, the weight concentration is not more than 20%, and the water temperature is not more than 80'C.
The impeller of the pump is symmetrically arranged back to back. The balancing device is cancelled, and it is not necessary to configure the auxiliary clean water pump to supply the series water of the balancing mechanism during operation.
The flow parts of the pump are made of cast steel. All wear-resistant parts are sprayed and welded with wear-resistant alloys, so it has the characteristics of high efficiency, wear resistance and long life.
The 0DZ type pump is an improved type of ODM type pump. The pressure bearing capacity is increased by twice that of the DOM type pump, and the inlet pressure can reach 10MPa, which can be used as a booster for hydraulic coal mining. The installation size of the two pumps is the same, and the wearing parts can be interchanged, which can achieve the effect of multiple uses in one machine. The pump can work continuously for 5,000 hours under the condition of bad water quality (solid particle 30g/L. particle size < 0.5mm).
