Some typical characteristics of circulating pumps

A circulating liquid pump used for conveying reaction, absorption, separation and absorption liquid regeneration in the device. Generally, a single-stage centrifugal pump is used.
① The flow rate of the pump is medium, and under stable working conditions, the flow rate change of the pump is small. It is more economical to work stably near the pump design point.
② The low head of the pump is only used to overcome the pressure drop of the circulating system. A low head pump can be used.
③ The general working conditions are relatively mild, but the circulating volume control requirements of the reaction and absorption system are more stringent. In addition, some circulating pumps that work at high temperatures have harsh working conditions, not only high temperatures but also slurries containing catalysts (such as slurry pumps, refinery pumps, etc.). Erosion and wear problems are special. Circulating pumps that are operated at high temperatures should use high temperature pumps (such as hot oil pumps, etc.). Since the circulating pump has many conveying media, durable materials should be used according to the properties of the media.
